Vista Pricing

Our pricing is simple and transparent, based upon volume. Implementation fees are designed so that they are not a barrier to conversion from your current system. It includes migration of your existing data including customers, users and products. We will deploy your new Vista Shop web site if you choose that option. Vista Admin is included at no additional charge, giving you control over your site and your configuration.

Your SSL key to protect your data is included for the first year. Your domain name is not included. If you already have one we'll work with you to configure it for Vista Shop. If you don't, we'll work with you to acquire one. If you choose an accounting system integration there will be a charge for that for custom development that may be required.

If you choose to include Vista Showroom, there is an additional implementation charge which includes configuration for your scanners, tablets and kiosk. Optionally, we'll provide on-site configuration and training for your staff. We'll take every step to insure a smooth and successful transition.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are there additional charges not listed here?

There can be, based upon your requirements. For example, if photos must be purchased or logos created, then those costs will be passed on to you. We'll make sure you are aware of any costs in advance.

Can you integrate with my accounting software?

We have most major accounting software covered. If it's not available we will discuss options for adding an integration.

What does your accounting integration provide?

Several things. You can import your customers into Vista. When you add new customers in Vista, you can export them to your accounting software. We offer a couple of exports for orders. Export to Sales Orders, which can be shipped and invoiced from your accounting software. Or Export to Invoices. After packing and shipping, the completed order with payment information can be exported.

What about Credit Card options?

Our credit card integration utilizes Stripe - one of the world's foremost merchant services with very competitive rates. The Stripe account is yours and connects directly with your bank account. We offer pre-authorization, future payments as well as authorize and capture. If you want to handle credit cards yourself, we can enable that option as well. In addition Net Terms may be enabled on a customer by customer basis.

How do you calculate annual orders?

For the purpose of monthly billing we total the price of all orders created during the past 12 months. For new customers we'll calculate the average based on the total of available months spread across a 12-month period.
